Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Some items may be pre-order meaning they will be processed and shipped after the date stated at the bottom of the product listing.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 11am to 7pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping address and the chosen shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING METHODS:

We offer various shipping methods, including standard and express options. The estimated delivery times and costs for each method are provided during the checkout process. Please note that while we do our best to provide reliable shipping options we cannot control any delays in shipping that may occur and that the stated shipping times are estimates and may vary.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's status and estimated delivery date using the provided tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address we are not responsible for items not received. We may also be unable to change the address after your order is placed. In the event your address is incorrect please contact at: info@sans-patrie.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this change. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if/when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sans-patrie.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

No Returns on Discounted Items

All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to ask before buying.
